We take pride in creating a positive, welcoming environment where our team enjoys working together and our patients feel comfortable and well cared for. The ideal candidate will bring a strong clinical background, excellent sterile technique, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in aesthetic medicine. Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related specialty is preferred. Schedule This is a part-time position, approximately 16-20 hours per week . Candidates must be available Mondays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM , with additional hours scheduled based on the needs of the practice.
Compensation Starting pay:
$16.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience, qualifications, and relevant clinical/aesthetics experience. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical field , including hands-on experience assisting with or performing medical procedures Strong knowledge and demonstrated use of sterile and aseptic technique Aesthetics experience preferred Strong patient-care and clinical support skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Good judgment and problem-solving abilities Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Job Responsibilities Assist providers with medical and aesthetic procedures Prepare treatment and procedure rooms before patient appointments Maintain sterile fields and follow appropriate sterile techniques during procedures Clean, disinfect, and prepare instruments and equipment according to established protocols Assist with patient intake, medical histories, documentation, and treatment preparation Provide attentive and professional patient care before, during, and after procedures Accurately document patient information and treatment details in the electronic medical record Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and clinical inventory Follow infection-control, safety, and patient confidentiality standards Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and other members of the practice Assist with other clinical and patient-care responsibilities as needed Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is professional, confident in a clinical setting, highly dependable, and comfortable assisting with hands-on procedures . The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in aesthetic medicine and providing an exceptional patient experience.
