Contract-to-Hire About the Role ExecuSource is seeking a Medical Assistant

•Telephone Triage to join a busy outpatient practice in Buckhead. This position combines telephone-based patient support with traditional Medical Assistant responsibilities. What You'll Do Answer and triage incoming patient calls Document patient messages and communications in the EHR Process prescription refill requests under provider direction Assist with medication prior authorizations Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-up Room patients, obtain vitals, and update medical histories Assist providers during exams and procedures Administer medications and immunizations as directed Perform basic phlebotomy and point-of-care testing Prepare and maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Medical Assistant training preferred 1+ year of outpatient, primary care, or private-practice experience preferred Medical Assistant certification is a plus BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days Strong telephone communication and patient-service skills Comfortable using EHR systems and working in a fast-paced environment Interested in a weekday Medical Assistant opportunity with the potential to go permanent?
