Job Description

Titan Injury Care is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Medical Assistant to join our team. We are a multi-disciplinary pain management clinic. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. The days we mostly need is Monday's and Tuesday's. If you enjoy providing excellent patient care, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about helping others, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Triage patients by obtaining vital signs, documenting medical history, and preparing them for their visit with the provider Assist providers during patient examinations Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized work environment Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in/check-out as needed Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned Complete any documentation, scanning and referrals before end of day Responsible for obtaining accurate inventory and submitting it to appropriate manager
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Not Required) Medical Assistant experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office Reliable, professional, and compassionate
