Join our fast-paced cardiology team as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and make a meaningful impact on the patient experience. In this role, you'll work closely with providers to deliver high-quality patient care while supporting the clinical and administrative needs of a busy cardiology practice. Key Responsibilities Perform patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature Assist providers with patient examinations and clinical procedures Perform phlebotomy and blood draws as needed Perform EKGs Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment Sterilize equipment and maintain adequate clinical supplies Accurately document patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Support efficient day-to-day clinic operations Provide professional, compassionate service to patients and help create a welcoming experience Qualifications & Requirements Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required Minimum of 3 years of verifiable CMA experience required Hands-on experience performing blood draws/phlebotomy required Hands-on experience performing EKGs required Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Strong communication, organizational, and patient-service skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment If you're an experienced CMA who enjoys working as part of a collaborative cardiology team and takes pride in providing exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you!
