The Medical Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Assist physicians in providing pediatric care for children and teenagers during clinical visits. Administer vaccines safely and according to established protocols. Support patient service by greeting patients, preparing exam rooms, and ensuring a positive experience. Manage inventory of medical supplies and vaccines to ensure availability and proper storage. Maintain accurate paper chart documentation, including recording patient information, treatment details, and vaccination records. Prepare examination rooms with necessary supplies and equipment prior to patient appointments. Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate efficient clinic operations.
