Are you a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant looking for an opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a supportive, patient-focused team? Our growing cardiology practice is hiring TWO full-time Medical Assistants to join our clinical team. We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and motivated individuals who take pride in providing excellent patient care and want to grow with a practice that values teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment. Cardiology experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. What You'll Do As a Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in providing a smooth and positive experience for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Rooming patients and obtaining accurate vital signs Reviewing medical history and performing medication reconciliation Preparing patient charts accurately for upcoming visits Performing EKGs Assisting with exercise stress tests Applying Holter and event monitors and providing patient instructions Assisting with other in-office cardiac testing and procedures Completing prior authorizations for medications Communicating effectively with physicians, coworkers, and patients Maintaining accurate documentation and protecting patient confidentiality Helping keep the clinical area organized and running efficiently Performing other clinical and administrative duties as needed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, positive, and eager to learn.

The ideal candidate will have:

Current CMA or RMA certification/registration — required Previous medical office experience Cardiology experience — preferred, but not required Knowledge of medical terminology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize throughout the day Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player A willingness to learn new skills and take initiative A genuine commitment to providing excellent patient care Why Join Us?
