Our ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a variety of projects. The right person for this position will enjoy working as part of a team, and will be dedicated and empathetic when interacting with patients. Responsibilities Patient intake and prepping exam rooms. Assist Physicians with office surgical procedures, including wound care, injections, and basic X-ray operations Coordinating referrals to other physicians /specialists. Process laboratory requisitions and prescriptions. Following up on patient calls and faxes. Build positive relationships with co-workers and patients. Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring accurate documentation of patient information, medical history, and treatment plans Support patient intake processes by verifying insurance details, updating medical records, and coordinating appointment scheduling Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards
