Private neurological / sleep medicine clinic is looking forMedical Receptionist/ Medical Assistant Requirements:
- high functioning individual with multi-tasking abilities
- attentiveness to detail and ability to complete tasks on time

- bachelor's degree
- experience working with Microsoft Office
- experience with electronic medical records
- comfortable with technology
- time management skills
- experience working in medical receptionist/medical assistant position for over 1 year
Duties:
- Assistance in patients' care
- Checking in and checking out patients
- Organize charts with all necessary documentation
- Scanning and uploading medical documents into the EMR
- Answering phone calls and e-mails
- Call patients to remind them about their appointments
- Checking insurance and demographic information
- Collecting copays
- Scheduling appointments
- Management of sleep devices
- Perform diagnostic electroencephalography (EEG) testing
- Medical records preparation

Pay:
$24.00- $28.
