Weeks Job Duties:

Provide clinical and administrative support in an outpatient clinic setting. Room patients and prepare them for provider examinations. Obtain and document patient vital signs and other clinical information. Assist physicians and other healthcare providers during patient visits and procedures. Perform CMA-related clinical duties within the candidate's scope of practice. Prepare examination rooms and medical equipment. Collect and document patient information accurately. Assist with specimen collection and other clinical procedures as assigned. Maintain accurate patient documentation using the Cerner EMR system. Provide patient education and instructions as directed by the healthcare provider. Maintain infection control and patient safety standards. Support daily clinic operations and patient flow. Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, and other members of the healthcare team.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience Experience in a clinic/outpatient setting Current BLS Certification CMA Certification through

AAMA OR CCMA

Certification through NHA Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Experience with Cerner EMR preferred/required based on facility requirements

8:00 AM

•5:00

PM Saturday:

8:00 AM

•12:00 PM Rotation Shift 40 hours guaranteed per week

HC Pay:

$27.00 per hour

Experience:
Medical Assistant :
