Hours:

Variable based on patient volume and coverage needs. There is no guaranteed weekly minimum.

Travel:

Throughout Iowa, with possible nearby-state travel when needed. What You'll Do Complete scheduled in-home member visits Support Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and other preventive-care activities Take vitals, complete screenings, perform approved point-of-care testing, and document visits Follow clinical, safety, HIPAA, and infection-control procedures Travel Support Schedules are typically provided about two weeks ahead Mileage is reimbursed at $0.725 per mile between patient visits Eligible extended or overnight travel expenses are covered, including transportation, rental cars when needed, hotel, and meals Required out-of-state travel time is paid What You'll Need At least one year of Medical Assistant experience Medical Assistant certificate, diploma, or credential Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, current registration, and active auto insurance Comfort working independently in patients' homes Ability to meet vaccination and TB/PPD onboarding requirements Willingness to travel throughout Iowa with possible nearby-state travel when needed.
