Certified Medical Assistant Full-Time Hampton Clinic We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, team oriented Certified Medical Assistant to join our team in Hampton at Iowa Specialty Clinic! This position will require knowledge of family practice care from newborn to geriatrics. The ideal candidate would be cross-trained to fill in where needed in the Clinic. Duties include both nursing and front desk reception.

Responsibilities include:

rooming patients and obtaining vital signs, perform injections, immunizations, EKG's, verify patient information and insurance, coordinate patient care, lab draws, fielding patient phone calls, prescription refills, assisting with procedures, referrals, prior authorizations, wound care, and other duties as assigned. Applicant must be able dependable, ability to multi-task, detail oriented and work well with clinical team.

Schedule:

Full Time Monday-Friday No Holidays May Float to other ISH locations.

Qualifications:

2+ years of clinic experience preferred Active Certification in Medical Assisting EPIC experience preferred Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills
