About Dermatology, P.C.: Dermatology, P.C. specializes in general dermatology, surgical dermatology, dermatopathology and cosmetic services. We study, diagnose, and treat the disorders of the skin, hair, and nails. Dermatology, P.C. is seeking a Clinical Assistant (CMA
- Certified Medical Assistant) to join our team!
Essential Duties:
Ascertains pertinent medical history information. Assists physicians as directed in patient examination and/or treatment. Participates in patient education. Communicates effectively and validates patient understanding. Charts all patient activity in a complete, accurate, clear, and timely manner. Sets up surgical or procedure trays as needed and assists with the procedure. Takes or returns calls from patients, pharmacies and/or referring medical office personnel. Demonstrates ability to consistently meet the practice work schedule: Monday- Thursday 7:45a
- 5:00p and Friday 7:45a
- 2:00p.
