•THIS
POSITION FLOATS BETWEEN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS AND QUALIFIES FOR EXTRA PAY
Essential Functions:
Patient Intake & Clinical Care:
Prepare exam rooms, assist patients, and document care details.
Lab Testing:
Perform CLIA-waived lab tests and venipuncture, ensuring compliance and quality.
Diagnostic Tests:
Conduct EKGs, vision, and hearing screenings under provider guidance.
Assist During Exams & Procedures:
Support providers, perform medical scribe duties, and handle medication prior authorizations.
Vaccines & Incident Reporting:
Administer vaccines per protocol, report incidents, and ensure safe patient care.
Inventory Control & EHR Management:
Monitor supplies, manage electronic documents, and assist with office tasks.
Qualifications:
Education:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, ongoing skills validation.
Experience:
Computer proficiency, preferably in a medical office setting.
Skills:
Exceptional customer service, communication, organizational skills, and teamwork.
Organizational Expectations:
Maintain professionalism, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and standards. Participate in quality improvement activities and uphold confidentiality. Demonstrate excellent customer service and contribute to a positive organizational culture.
