Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, depending on clinic needs.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a lead resource for clinical staff by providing guidance, support, and mentorship in daily clinic operations. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new team members, helping ensure a successful transition into the clinic. Maintain clinic logs and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. Develop and maintain competency in all clinic procedures while supporting staff education and clinical best practices. Partner with providers and leadership to promote efficient workflows, excellent patient care, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant required. Certifications Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross. Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA.
