We're looking for a friendly, compassionate, and dependable Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our pediatric clinic team. What You'll Do Welcome children and families with a warm, friendly attitude Room patients and obtain vital signs, height, weight, and other clinical information Assist providers with pediatric exams, procedures, and treatments Administer immunizations and medications as directed and within scope of practice Prepare exam rooms and keep supplies stocked and organized Perform point-of-care testing and other clinical tasks as needed Update and maintain accurate patient records and documentation Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding patient needs and instructions Assist with referrals, follow-up care, and coordination of services Provide comfort and reassurance to our little patients—especially when they're nervous! Follow all safety, infection-control, HIPAA, and clinic policies Jump in and support the team wherever needed What We're Looking For Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification Pediatric or primary care experience is a plus Excellent communication and customer-service skills Comfortable working with infants, children, and teenagers Compassionate, patient, and able to create a welcoming environment Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy A positive team player with a great attitude CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain, as required Why You'll Love Working With Us Pediatrics is more than taking vitals and checking charts—it's about building trust with families and making healthcare a positive experience for kids.
