We are a vein treatment medical practice that is looking for a part time (around 30 hours a week) Medical Assistant for both our Addison and Palos Hills medical offices. We are willing to help train the right candidate but being bilingual in English and Polish is a MUST . College students are welcome.

Responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones, and scheduling patients
• Helping with patient intake, data entry and medical records
• Assisting during procedures
• Insurance verification and prior authorization
• Restocking and cleaning

Job Requirements:

• We are looking for someone that is fluent in both English and Polish
• The ability to work both office locations (3 days in Addison and 1 day in Palos Hills)
• The ability to work 2 evenings a week
• Basic computer skills Work hours: Addison location: Monday 9am-3pm, Wednesday 11am-8pm, Friday 9am-5pm Palos Hills location: Tuesday 11am-8pm
