We are hiring for a full-time, administrative assistant & medical office receptionist for our Algonquin office . We are looking for a candidate who is reliable and can handle a fast-paced work environment. Training for this position will be the first few weeks before operating more independently.
The position entails and requires:
scheduling patients for multiple providers a strong ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment excellent communications skills via phone and email problem solving skills faxing, scanning, uploading, and creating medical templates applying insurance co-payments interacting with patients experience in medical billing for multiple providers - helpful but not required comfortable calling patients to give insurance deductibles and copayments over the phone Good candidates should either have a Bachelor's degree or a High School degree with years of relevant work experience.
