The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish , has excellent communication and customer service skills, and is comfortable working with patients in a medical office setting. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, handling front-desk duties, and assisting with basic medical office tasks as needed. Previous medical office or Medical Assistant experience is preferred. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, dependable, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism.
