Clinic Technician / Therapy Support Assistant (Part Time, After School) | Monday through Thursday, 3:00 or 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM |
Pay:
$15.00/h Advanced Therapy & Wellness Center is looking for a dependable, proactive, and highly organized Clinic Technician / Therapy Support Assistant to help keep our clinic clean, stocked, prepared, and running smoothly during busy afternoon and evening hours. This is an excellent opportunity for a high school or college student who wants hands on experience in a professional healthcare environment while building real world skills in responsibility, organization, teamwork, and operations. This role is ideal for someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and takes pride in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients, families, and clinicians. Clinic Cleaning & Sanitization Clean and sanitize toys, therapy tools, treatment materials, and shared equipment Wipe down tables, counters, chairs, door handles, and other frequently touched surfaces Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment throughout the shift Reset therapy rooms and shared spaces between sessions as needed Support overall clinic cleanliness and readiness during busy patient hours Organization & Supply Management Refill drawers, bins, cabinets, and supply stations Restock clinic supplies, therapy materials, office supplies, and cleaning items Organize treatment rooms, storage areas, materials, and shared clinic spaces Monitor inventory and notify leadership when supplies are running low Help ensure that clinicians have what they need for efficient patient care Therapy Team Support Assist clinicians with nonclinical support tasks Prepare, print, cut, laminate, assemble, and organize therapy materials Help put away, sort, and maintain therapy tools and resources Support clinic flow by helping keep workspaces functional and prepared Projects, Marketing & Light Admin Support Assist with small clinic projects and operational tasks Help with organizing files, supplies, photos, or materials for clinic use Support simple marketing tasks such as editing pictures, organizing content, or helping prepare materials Assist with light administrative duties such as scanning, filing, organizing paperwork, or basic data entry Complete other support tasks as assigned by leadership What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Organized, detail oriented, and proactive Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision Comfortable in a fast paced clinic environment with children and families Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Strong work ethic and personal accountability Basic computer skills required Experience with Canva, photo editing, social media, or digital organization is a plus, but not required Preferred Qualifications High school student, high school graduate, or college student preferred Interest in healthcare, therapy, child development, operations, marketing, or administration is a plus Previous experience in cleaning, organizing, customer service, childcare, school activities, or team environments is helpful but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry, and move throughout the clinic during the shift Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Ability to complete cleaning, stocking, and organization tasks efficiently and safely Why This Role Is a Great Fit Great entry point into a professional healthcare and therapy setting After school hours that work well for students Opportunity to develop responsibility, discipline, organization, and workplace skills Exposure to clinic operations, therapy support, and healthcare teamwork Supportive, mission driven environment with growth opportunities for the right person Schedule Monday through Thursday Start time: 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM End time: Approximately 7:30 PM Consistent availability during these hours is required
