The Air Systems Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining and cleaning various air systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. This includes HVAC systems, kitchen grease exhaust systems, and dryer exhaust systems. The role involves using specialized cleaning techniques such as power washing, steam spraying, vacuuming, and scraping to remove grease, dust, and debris from ductwork and exhaust pipes.Key Responsibilities:
Clean HVAC systems, kitchen grease exhaust systems, and dryer exhaust systems. Perform power washing and steam spraying to remove grease buildup. Vacuum and scrape dust and debris from inside ductwork and exhaust pipes. Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards. Operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively. Collaborate with team members and follow supervisor instructions.Qualifications:
Valid driver's license. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance is a plus (but not required).Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and crawl for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.Work Conditions:
Exposure to varying temperatures (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold). Exposure to varying noise levels May require working evenings or weekends depending on client needs.Job Type:
