About Fashioned Health Fashioned Health is a physician-led concierge, hormone optimization, metabolic health, weight loss, and longevity practice in Elmhurst. We are a small, growing clinic focused on high-touch patient care, strong follow-through, and helping people feel better with a more personalized medical experience. We are hiring a reliable, organized, patient-facing team member to help run the daily clinic experience. What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a polished, professional first impression Answer phones, texts, and patient messages Schedule appointments and help keep the provider calendar organized Check patients in and out Collect payments and help with basic membership/payment questions Room patients, take vitals, and assist with clinic flow Help coordinate labs, prescriptions, follow-ups, and patient requests Keep patient communication organized and timely Maintain a clean, calm, professional clinic environment Support the physician and team with daily operational tasks Who We're Looking For Warm, professional, and comfortable talking with patients Highly organized and dependable Good with phones, scheduling, and follow-through Comfortable using computers, EMR systems, texting platforms, and basic office tools Able to multitask without losing details Discreet with patient information Positive, steady, and willing to help wherever needed in a small clinic Medical office, MA, phlebotomy, concierge medicine, med spa, or primary care experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications Medical assistant experience preferred but not required for the right person Phlebotomy experience is a plus Experience with EMR, scheduling, patient communication, or cash-pay medicine is helpful Strong communication skills required Schedule Weekday clinic hours.
