Carease Health - IL, a nationwide preventative healthcare company, is seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Evanston, Illinois . As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our comprehensive preventative care program, incorporating Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Collaborative Care Management (CoCM).

Responsibilities:

Take vital signs and perform other basic medical procedures as needed Assist healthcare providers with patient care and exams Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless alignment with facility processes and protocols Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Provide exceptional patient care and customer service

Requirements:

Medical Assistant:

2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (Required) Vital signs: 2 years of experience (Required)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required) Certified Medical Assistant (Required)

Schedule:
