This leadership role involves overseeing clinical processes, supporting daily operations, and serving as the go-to person for all clinical needs within the practice. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing a variety of clinical tasks to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care delivery. Duties Lead the Medical Assistant team, taking responsibility for process creation and workflow optimization within the clinic. Serve as the primary point of contact for all clinical needs, providing guidance and support to staff members. Perform clinical procedures including drawing blood, administering vaccines, conducting fibroscans, and operating heart monitors. Room patients efficiently, take vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations in a primary care setting. Assist providers with patient care activities, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols. Support the implementation of new procedures or protocols to improve clinic operations and patient outcomes. Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment that complies with safety standards and regulations. Skills Certified Medical Assistant with current certification and relevant experience in a primary care or outpatient setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee clinical processes and guide team members effectively. Proficiency in performing clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, vaccine administration, use of fibroscans, and heart monitoring devices. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with patients, staff, and providers. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices in patient care. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle diverse clinical situations confidently.
