Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both English and Spanish, along with certification in medical assisting, to provide comprehensive patient care and support within a dynamic clinical environment.
About Us:
Physicians Management Services operates two busy urgent care locations in the Chicago suburbs: Schaumburg Immediate Care (1375 E. Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg, IL) and North Ave Immediate Care (350 W. North Ave, Addison, IL). We're looking for an upbeat, high-energy Medical Assistant to join our growing team. About You You're the kind of person who walks into a room and lifts the energy. You genuinely enjoy helping patients, stay calm when the waiting room fills up, and take pride in doing your job well. You bring at least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience in a medical office or clinical setting, and you're ready to hit the ground running. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical office/clinic setting Upbeat, high-energy, positive attitude Strong communication and patient-care skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced urgent care environment Willingness to work at either or both locations (Schaumburg and Addison, IL) Responsibilities Room patients and take vitals Assist providers with exams and procedures Collect patient histories and update medical records Be able to draw blood( its a MUST) Perform basic lab work and specimen collection as directed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Provide friendly, attentive care to every patient who walks through the door What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible hours Safe, supportive work environment Opportunity to grow with a two-location urgent care team Locations Schaumburg Immediate Care — 1375 E.
