Approximately 70% of your workday will involve safely driving an assigned provider in a company vehicle. During visits, you will help with vital signs, supplies, basic documentation, and wound-care support under the provider's direction.

What a typical day looks like Prepare the company vehicle and supplies with the assigned provider. Drive the provider safely between scheduled patient homes; driving is approximately 70% of the position. Help organize supplies and create a clean, orderly work area for each visit. Take and record basic vital signs after training. Assist with basic note-taking, electronic charting, and supply tracking. Support primary-care and wound-care visits only as trained and directed by the provider. What success looks like You arrive on time and are consistently ready for the day's route. You drive carefully, follow traffic laws, and report vehicle concerns promptly. You record information accurately and protect patient privacy. You keep supplies and the work area clean and organized. You remain calm, courteous, and professional with patients, families, and providers. You follow established instructions and speak up promptly when something is unclear. Required Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Comfort spending approximately 70% of the workday driving. Comfort entering patient homes and working respectfully with older adults and people with health needs. Ability to use GPS, a smartphone, and a tablet for basic work tasks. Ability to sit and drive for extended periods and carry medical supply bags into patient homes. A grounded, collaborative work style with close attention to accuracy and established procedures. Helpful, but not required Experience in healthcare, caregiving, patient transportation, customer service, delivery, or another mobile field role is helpful. CMA or CNA credentials are welcome but are not required. We provide paid training for the right dependable candidate.
