Full-Time, 1.0FTE Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM No weekends or holidays! Join our busy and supportive OB/GYN team as a Medical Assistant supporting a dedicated Nurse Practitioner in a fast-paced women's health practice. This role offers hands-on patient care experience, opportunities for growth, and the chance to work alongside an experienced clinical team. What You'll Do Room patients and prepare them for visits Obtain and document vital signs Perform urinalysis and process urine specimens Prepare procedure trays and assist with clinical procedures Provide direct patient care and clinical support Support a provider caring for approximately 18-19 patients daily Location & Travel Your primary location will be: 1115 N Ronald Reagan Parkway, Avon, IN This position is aligned to a specific provider and requires travel between: Avon (primary location) Mooresville (approximately once per week) Plainfield (approximately once per week) What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment Excellent patient service and communication skills Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude Flexibility to travel between clinic locations Ability to support procedures and direct patient care activities Qualifications Medical Assistant certification required for MA II position MA I candidates with strong potential and previous patient facing experience will be considered Previous healthcare or patient-facing experience is preferred, but not required Why Join Us?
