Full-Time Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our 1st Shift team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring equipment, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently. Load and unload materials from machines. Set up and adjust machines as needed. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Follow production instructions, work orders, and safety procedures. Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues to a supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Accurately complete production and quality paperwork. Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality. Perform other general production duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Good attention to detail. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Must be able to wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines.
