In this role, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to our geriatric patient population. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, communicates exceptionally well, and genuinely enjoys working with people. While a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or hands-on clinical experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person who possesses the right attitude and a strong work ethic.

Schedule & Compensation Status:

Part-time Hours:

24 to 28 hours per week Must be available Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Noon)

Key Responsibilities Patient Support:

Greet patients and assist them safely into exam rooms.

Administrative Duties:

Answer incoming phone calls, route messages, and manage front-desk flow.

Clinical Coordination:

Place phone calls to patients, pharmacies, or specialists as directed by the supervising physician.

Office Collaboration:

Maintain an organized clinical environment and support the physician with daily tasks.

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Technical Skills:

Computer proficent with a strong aptitude for learning medical software and office technology.

Credentials:

Medical Assistant certification or prior hands-on clinical experience is a plus, but not required.

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication, strong initiative, and a compassionate bedside manner.

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 28.0 per week
