Job Description
ONE is currently seeking Medical Assistant candidates for a full-time position in the Appointment Scheduling department. Candidate will be responsible for all incoming calls from patients scheduling a recheck appointment or cancelling/rescheduling an existing appointment. They will also be responsible for reviewing medical information with patients to determine appropriate time frame for scheduling their appointment. They will also be responsible for scheduling follow-up appointments for patients seen in the Emergency Room. Candidate should be able to function as a team player, work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly.
