Position Summary:
This role will support both the Jeffersonville location and work closely with providers and clinical staff caring for oncology patients. The Medical Assistant will assist with daily clinical operations and provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position requires flexibility, strong clinical skills, and compassion when working with cancer patients. Responsibilities Preparing and maintaining accurate patient charts Drawing laboratory specimens (venipuncture) Administering injections per provider orders Assisting with patient flow and clinic efficiency Providing supportive care and education to oncology patients Collaborating with clinical staff, providers, and research/ATC teams Floating between Jeffersonville and Dupont locations as scheduled Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with injections and lab draws required Clinical experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Compassionate bedside manner and ability to work with cancer patients.
Education and Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree or higher a plus.
