Responsibilities include:

Welcome patients and create an exceptional experience from start to finish Obtain medical histories and perform diagnostic testing Learn advanced ocular imaging and diagnostic testing Develop specialized skills in dry eye disease Learn aesthetic eye treatments and procedures Coordinate follow-up care and treatment plans Build meaningful relationships with patients We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, compassionate, and confident Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable with technology and eager to learn Excellent at communicating with patients Professional with a polished appearance Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excited about healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, and helping people feel their best Preferred Qualifications Experience in optometry, ophthalmology, medical assisting, aesthetics, dermatology, dentistry, or another healthcare field preferred Customer service experience required High school diploma required
