Job Overview Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. The Medical Assistant will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. This position requires a strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and administrative support.

Duties:

• Collect and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating referrals
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality

Skills:

• Proficient in medical terminology, coding, and documentation practices
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
• Experience with medication administration and dosage calculations
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
