•We are looking to hire a part-time Certified Medical Assistant to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 8:30 am-5:00 pm EST.

Responsibilities:

As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Administering injections and recording vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, heart rate, weight). Assisting patients with medication management and maintaining accurate medication lists. Ensuring patient comfort and addressing their needs during clinic visits. Handling billing needs after appointments Helping to book appointments accordingly

Selling RedLight Therapy Packages Selling SoftWave Packages Communication:

Work alongside our Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional care Work with Office Staff to answer phone calls, help schedule appointments, sell packages, etc.

Clinical Support:

Preparing patients for examinations and procedures. Administering injections Drawing up injections

Administrative Tasks:

Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality. Scheduling appointments and following up with patients. Assisting with administrative tasks as required.

Teamwork:

Working closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care. Supporting providers during medical consultations. Being proactive in problem-solving and anticipating the needs of both patients and providers.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have some or most of the following qualifications:

CMA Certification/CNA Certification Medical Knowledge:

Understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols. Attention to

Detail:

Accurate record-keeping and attention to patient needs.

Adaptability:

Willingness to learn and adapt to clinic-specific processes.

Pharmacy Awareness:

Familiarity with pharmacies and medication management.

Friendly Demeanor:

A positive attitude and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
