Summary We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Neck Back & Knee Center. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our mission to revolutionize local healthcare. This position is critical to ensuring a smooth patient experience in our fast-paced clinic. Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams. Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation in electronic health systems. Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up visits to enhance care continuity. Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment. Educate patients on treatment plans and answer any questions regarding their care. Requirements Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and clinical procedures. Familiarity with X-Ray procedures is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
