Flexible Hours:
You are currently needed Mondays and Thursdays from 7:30AM to 6:15PM and Wednesdays from 12:30PM to 6:15PM. Mondays/Thursdays we break from 12:30-1:30PM. We occasionally hold hours on Tuesdays, as well - but this is rare and flexible. Occasionally starting admin work at 12PM on Wednesdays and possibly Tuesdays.

What You'll Be Doing:
As part of the team, you'll be at the heart of patient interaction, ensuring each patient has an exceptional experience.
Patient Experience Champion:
Greet and guide patients with warmth and professionalism. Be the smiling face that welcomes them to the place they feel safe and free in. Coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and ensure seamless clinic flow. Educate patients on our services, promoting programs and packages that align with their health goals and our clinic goals. Act as a patient liaison when needed, assisting their practitioner with their visit. Assist with patient-treatment, daily. Physically helping in treatment requires healthy shoulders.
Multitasking:
Manage phone calls, patient intake, payment and scheduling follow-ups. Handle clinic communications, emails, and record-keeping with precision. Assist with clinic marketing efforts, including social media posts and community outreach when needed. Proofing monthly newsletters and researching when needed. Possibly social media interactions and some YouTube appearances.
