Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in providing quality patient care. Perform accurate data entry for patient registration, insurance verification, and billing. Schedule appointments, answer phones, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff. Update patient accounts and record statistical information. Support provider communication and inform patients of benefits. Demonstrate professionalism, good judgment, and a caring attitude in all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required. BLS certification required. 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
Additional:
Full-time role with work hours from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.
