Support patient service by answering questions, providing education on treatment plans, and coordinating follow-up appointments efficiently. Prepare examination rooms in an outpatient setting Conduct routine assessments of physiology and anatomy to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Collaborate with hospital staff to support inpatient care, emergency medicine procedures, or specialized units such as PICU or geriatrics. Requirements Certified Medical Assistant credential from an accredited program; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Proven experience in medical office management and clinical assisting within a outpatient environment. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, ICD coding, and anatomy to ensure precise documentation and effective patient communication. Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) management tools. Demonstrated ability to perform medication administration and vital signs measurement accurately.
