While previous medical experience is preferred, it is NOT required. We are willing to train you if you are the right fit. We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus! The ideal candidate is detail oriented, analytical, highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Candidate must have a high Enjoys working independently and in a collaborative team environment. Our practice is fast-paced with multiple Doctors. Knowledge of ICD 10 coding, EHR and computer skills desired. Previous experience with SRS and Athena plus.
PLEASE INCLUDE SALARY REQUIREMENT.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Greeting patients in a warm and friendly manner
  • Works alongside our Physicians to provide care to patients
  • Manages rooming and patient flow
  • Measures vital signs, reviews medications and health history and information into patient charts
  • Scan documents, lab results, orders, etc. Faxes information as necessary
  • Answering the phones and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinates with various facilities to schedule surgeries
  • Stocks treatment areas with appropriate supplies
  • Other medical assistant duties as deemed appropriate and necessary
Experience:
Previous medical assistant/receptionist experience and customer service experience _ _
