Perform vital sign checks and document patient medical histories accurately. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions. Support internal medicine practices by preparing patients for examinations and assisting with diagnostic tests. Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance documentation. Engage with geriatric patients, providing specialized care tailored to their unique needs. Requirements Previous experience in patient care or as a Medical Assistant is preferred. Current students are encouraged to apply. Strong understanding of medication administration procedures and safety protocols. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members. Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent training is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
