September 2026 About Us We are launching a concierge internal medicine practice in Beverly, Massachusetts, dedicated to delivering personalized, relationship-based healthcare. Our practice is designed to provide comprehensive preventive care and an elevated patient experience in a welcoming and professional environment. As a founding team member, you will have the unique opportunity to help build a patient-centered practice from the ground up. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing concierge internal medicine practice. This role combines both clinical and administrative responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients while helping ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, highly organized, and committed to providing exceptional patient service. Experience in internal medicine or primary care is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to grow within a concierge medicine environment. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional concierge-level service to patients with professionalism, warmth, and empathy Support front office operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and patient check-in/check-out Serve as a liaison between patients, pharmacies, specialists, hospitals, and insurance companies Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs, medical histories, and updating records Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and other clinical duties as appropriate Assist the physician with examinations, procedures, and diagnostic testing Coordinate referrals, laboratory testing, imaging studies, and follow-up appointments Process medication refill requests and prior authorizations under physician supervision Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Ensure exam rooms and clinical areas are organized, stocked, sanitized, and ready for patient care Assist with patient communications and outreach initiatives Support the overall patient experience and contribute to a welcoming office environment Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient medical practice preferred Internal medicine or primary care experience strongly preferred Current BLS certification required Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic experience is a plus) Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Commitment to patient confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and exceptional customer service Positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package Comprehensive onboarding and training Opportunity to be a key member of a new and growing concierge medical practice Supportive, collaborative, and patient-focused work environment Professional growth and development opportunities The ability to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives every day How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing your interest in the position and relevant experience.
