Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Cambridge, MA who is currently seeking a qualified Medical Assistant to assist them on a contractual basis.

Various locations in the Cambridge/Somerville area (Region 1) or Somerville, Everett, Revere, Malden, Medford area (Region 2)

Schedule:
Per diem
•will pick up shifts Mondays through Fridays on day shift (most are 8a-5p) as they become available post-orientation. Weekend shifts may become available. Manager has confirmed candidates will have the ability to reliably pick up 32-40 hours per week if desired Minimum of three shifts per week strongly preferred Must be able to attend full orientation week:
Contract Requirements:
1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant. National certification not required. Must be comfortable drawing blood (phlebotomy) and taking vital signs Local candidates with a reliable commute strongly preferred
•Covid vaccine (initial series + booster)
•religious/medical exemptions potentially accepted via approval process
Pay:
$29/hr

Varies from site to site
