Norwell Pediatrics is a well-established pediatric practice on the South Shore seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team. We're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with kids and families in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

✅ Room patients and take vitals, height/weight, and vision/hearing screens ✅ Administer immunizations and point-of-care testing ✅ Prepare exam rooms and maintain supply stock ✅ Communicate with families professionally and warmly ✅ Assist with scheduling, phone calls, and front-desk duties as needed ✅ Help keep exam rooms, waiting areas, & common spaces clean & tidy during the day

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required Previous experience in a pediatric or family practice setting a plus Strong communication skills and a warm, patient-friendly manner Comfortable with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus) Friendly, team-oriented, and great with kids!
