Certification a plus, but not necessarily required. This role is center-based and requires working in a clinical setting. Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Welcome all On-Site Clinic patients by greeting them with a friendly demeanor and directing them through the registration and check out process, answering phones, scheduling, insurance, complete patient referrals and call backs daily, perform clinical and admin intake with patients which includes taking and recording vital signs, along with proper, concise and complete EMR documenting of patient's medical history. Assisting with all patient's and physician's needs to keep the appointments running efficiently. Managing and restocking inventory supplies, sterilization, and assisting the staff with other applicable duties. Core responsibilities are described within this job description, but job duties may change at any time due to the business needs of the OBL facility.
