$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Join Our Team at Complete Pain Care Complete Pain Care is looking for an enthusiastic Medical Assistant (MA) to support both front desk and back office operations at our multi-location pain management practice. Elkton, MD Abingdon, MD White Marsh, MD Baltimore (MLK Blvd),

MD What You'll Do:

Greet and assist patients at the front desk Check patients in/out and verify insurance information/Prior Authorizations for Medications/Dispense Durable Medical Equipment/Conduct Testing as needed/Vitals/History taking and UDS/UDTs according to our policy. Maintain accurate and timely documentation Float between front desk and clinical duties as needed Complete initial training primarily in our Abingdon and Elkton offices. Provide ongoing support to the Abingdon and Elkton locations, with occasional travel to other practice locations as needed. Assist other offices as operational needs require.

What We're Looking For:

Previous medical office experience (front and/or back office) Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn and work in a flexible, cross-trained role Experience in pain management is a plus , but not required

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm & Fridays 8am-2:30pm) Full-time, in-person
