We are a busy urology practice that is currently looking for a certified medical assistant. The CMA has duties and responsibilities related to patient care. The CMA functions under the direct supervision and authority of the physician when performing patient care.

Duties:

Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, including but not limited to standards for safety, attendance, punctuality and personal appearance Obtain necessary patient information to file and update patient records Prepare patients for examination, take vitals and record patient health history Administer injections and perform routine specimen collection and test Prepare equipment and examination rooms as well as clean instruments

Experience:

Certified Medical Assistant:

1 year (preferred)

License:

Certified Medical Assistant (required)
