Medical Assistant Germantown, MD Pay From:

$23 per hour

MUST:

Experienced Medical Assistant must have experience 2 plus years of pediatric experience or primary care experience 1+ year of phone triage experience Candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills Previous EMR experience required Must have strong experience administering immunizations

DUTIES:

Room patients; obtain vital signs and medical histories Administer immunizations and medications Assist providers with exams and procedures Perform in-house lab testing and manage send-out labs Conduct telephone triage and provide guidance to parents Document patient care accurately in EMR (eCW preferred) Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care Follow clinical protocols for triage, assessment, and care delivery Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
