Job Description

Capital Digestive Care (CDC) a GI Physician Practice has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join the team! This position floats between our Laurel, MD and Columbia, MD practice locations. The schedule is an 8.5 hour shift between 7:45am and 5:30pm, Mon-Fri. High School Diploma or GED required, some college is preferred 2-3 years prior experience working in medical office, preferably in an ASC or GI Suite Working knowledge of medical terminology Work independently as well as a in a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills with patients, co-workers and providers Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite Must be a team-player with excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills Compassion for patient needs and a high degree of professionalism Diversity & Inclusion We value diversity!
