Responsibilities Front Desk Patient Check In/Check Out Patient Scheduling Prepare patients for examinations and procedures by taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and ensuring comfort. Assist healthcare providers during medical procedures, including blood sampling, injections, and minor surgeries. Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR), ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information and medical notes. Conduct patient education on health topics, post-procedure care, and medication instructions to promote health literacy. Support clinical operations by handling manual tasks such as specimen collection, sterilization, and equipment setup. Report patient conditions accurately to the medical team and document all interactions in compliance with healthcare regulations. Maintain a safe environment through proper manual handling techniques and adherence to infection control protocols. Skills Phone skills Interpersonal skills Proven experience in critical care or acute care environments with a strong understanding of emergency procedures such as CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS). Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. Solid knowledge of medical terminology, nursing practices, and medical documentation standards. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for managing electronic health records efficiently. Experience working in clinics specializing in plastic surgery, surgery, or diagnostic radiology is highly desirable. Strong client communication skills to explain procedures clearly and address patient concerns confidently.
