Role:
The Clinical Performance Liaison- Medical Assistant provides multi site clinical support across LifeBridge Health Medical Group practices. This role rotates throughout the practices to reinforce standardized workflows, strengthen clinical quality and safety, and support staff development. The MA receives day to day guidance from the Clinical Operations Supervisor and functions within the Maryland scope of practice and LifeBridge Health Medical Group policies, serving as a resource to Medical Assistants, providers, and practice leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts routine visits to sites to evaluate daily operations, identify workflow challenges, and promote standardized practices. Conducts site readiness including room stocking, equipment functionality, and supply expiration. Assists clinics in adopting consistent operational practices across sites. Supports the development of Medical Assistants by providing hands on training and reinforcing clinical expectations. Assists with onboarding activities for new clinical staff across multiple sites. Participates in quality reviews and readiness activities. Supports coordination between primary care and specialty practices.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
HS Diploma/GED required
Experience:
2-4 years of experience, strong communication, organizational and customer service skills. Experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation.
Certifications/Licenses:
Medical Assistant certification, American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR Must be able to travel between LifeBridge Health Medical Group sites.
