About you:
We're seeking a highly skilled, professional, and versatile Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, your responsibilities will include preparing exam rooms, rooming patients, performing phlebotomy, assisting with clinical procedures, and assisting with the management of portal communications between physicians and patients. In addition to these clinical duties, you'll play an intermittent role in assisting with administrative tasks essential for the smooth functioning of our clinic, including welcoming and registering patients, handling incoming inquiries via phone and email, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, obtaining pre-authorizations, and processing payments. To succeed in this role, you will need to be an outstanding communicator and team-player. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is seeking to grow along with our practice.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant) Certification preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office Proficiency in using eClinicalWorks EMR system preferred Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficient typing skills and familiarity with medical terminology Outstanding organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Thorough understanding of HIPAA and OSHA regulations If you're an experienced medical assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic setting with competitive compensation, apply now to join our team!
